mam i understand that youre in pain,
and cant get back up again.
lying in bed snoring away,
we have all missed you today.
the doctor said you wont live long,
and so i had to be strong.
gemma dad and steve will look after us,
and there will be no fuss.
i wrote this poem just to say,
i miss you each and every day.
i love you mam with all my heart,
and we should never be apart x

i got to know sharon through macmillon website where i was tackling breast cancer, we have kept in touch via facebook and it would of been nice to finally meet.
she was an inspiration to us all and especially to me. she was determined, fought hard and never gave up, if only we can walk in your shoes for your strengh.
where ever you have gone im sure you will be watching over us all. you had a very kind and caring heart which everyone will miss.
i have only just heard and still feel in shock. r.i.p mate, may you be pain free and free of this nasty diease love sarah xxxxxxxxxxx
